All orders are verified, processed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Costs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the UK.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days (after dispatch).

  • Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier peak seasons or unexpected weather conditions.

3. Trusted Couriers We Use To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with top-tier international logistics and trusted local UK couriers, primarily Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel. Once the package enters the UK, it will be handed over to these local experts for the final mile delivery.

4. Order Tracking You will not be left in the dark! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link. You can use this link to track your package's journey every step of the way. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Good news for our UK customers! For all standard orders (valued under £135), you will NOT have to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
